Graffiti in Portland, ME

Dubya?, originally uploaded by Michael Saffle.

Graffiti to most people is a form of vandalism and not pretty at all. To some, it can be a form of art that should be studied and appreciated. What do you think? Do you see a lot of Graffiti in your part of the world? What do you think about it?

Hello there,

There is no graffiti around here.
Sometimes we can see it at the wall, bridge or somewhere in cities, but it usually ugly and not artistic.
I can stand the graffiti of really
artistic but I can't tolerate with the one some would be artists drew
and most of graffiti in Japan seem to belong to the later.

I agree, this type of graffiti is rare. Most of the graffiti I see in Washington D.C. is simple and ugly.
