The furor over fur

Do you like fur products? Leather coats, shoes, purses and the like? I do but my friend Michelle doesn't. She doesn't eat meat and she doesn't like fur. There are a lot of people who agree with her in America but they are still in the minority. I think that if an animal is going to be eaten, we should use all the parts we can. Like the American Indians.

I agree with some points, that fur coats that are made from an animal that is only raised to be slaughtered for a jacket is not very good. Mink and fox coats are targeted by anti-fur advocates.

The picture is of Michelle at Ikea where they were selling these fur rugs. I thought they were cool but Michelle wouldn't let me buy one!

What do you think about fur? Leave a comment!

Hello,

How are you? In Japan, it's still hot. We are having muggy days.

I agree with you at the point that fur coat..... is not very good.
I don't deny that I like meat and lether goods. I think reckless hunting should be avoid but all the use of animal parts shouldn't be denied. Some people are making their living by hunting. I think we sholud consider others' situation. When we force our opinion with considering only our position, we are dangerous to be self-righteous.

We shouldn't go too far and should admit various thinking as long as
they are morally in permissive range.

Hello,
How are you?
I do not like the fur.
I think crazy fur person devoid of animal protection.
Especially I love a dog very much.
Japan(Nikko) is still hot.
I hate sleeping in a humid room.
Take care.

I loved that rug but I didn't buy it. I learned a long time ago not to make a woman angry with you if you can avoid it!

Washington D.C. had a nice two weeks of cool fall like weather. Unfortunately that all ended last week and it is again about 35 degrees. I can't wait for October and the cool weather it will bring.
